The Enterprise Architect will work closely with business users and IT teams to design and implement an enterprise architecture to support the needs of the business. He/she will discover, analyze and develop reusable assets that can be leveraged via a SOA implementation and promote the adoption of these reusable assets. He/she will provide technical and thought leadership in both system integration as well as application development and promote best practices in these areas. Strong communication skills will be needed to develop and nurture working relationships with both business users and technical teams to ensure smooth integration between systems.
Experience:
5+ years experience in an architecture role.
Strong presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Hands-on experience with medium to large scale web applications.
Hands-on experience with databases from an application development perspective. Oracle is preferred.
Hands-on experience with J2EE or .Net technologies.
Excellent understanding of SOA and the WS-* standards.
Experience with an ESB. Tibco is nice to have / preferred.
Experience with data modeling and enterprise data management.
Experience with stress testing applications.
Strong interest in current and emerging technologies.
Strong team player.
