For the established client: they need a top CTI Call Center Sales Engineer -  Base of $90-120 K with Bonus...Work out of home office so anywhere in the US is a location for this Canadian firm.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• At least 3 years of IT application and telecom experience in a customer facing environment.
• At Least 5 Years Genesys experience.
• Knowledge of Sales Force design functions
• CIV, DIV, COV designation an asset.
• Strong business knowledge of contact centres, Contact Centre Processes and Procedures
• Strong knowledge of telecom, IT applications and technologies

Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree required.
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in an enterprise-class, multi-site environment.
§  Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
§  Current MCDBA certification with and extensive experience designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Position Summary:
 
The Online Customer Support/Marketing Associate will provide timely and professional support, training and guidance to our client and partner base.
 
You will be assigned to multiple client accounts and will work under the direction of the Online Marketing Specialist, and Account Managers with accounts. "OMA’s" shall be responsible for learning and understanding our Software as a Service (Saas) platform, including all site admin sections, client configurations and settings. "OMAs" shall monitor daily client support ticket requests to maintain an up-to-date understanding of client business, and manage and/or perform service delivery as required to meet client’s business objectives and contracts.

Core Competencies:
The person in this position must have a solid understanding of basic business and marketing concepts. OMAs must have exceptional written and oral communication skills. These communications must be conducted in a positive, timely and consistent manner. This individual must have a working knowledge of HTML and editing images, and must be willing to learn new technologies.
All OMAs must be solid team players that possess natural client service skills, motivation, initiative and a positive 'can-do' demeanor at all times. OMAs must be proactive and willing to go the extra mile for clients/partners to complete tasks on time, on budget and within specification. This may include working beyond normal work hours to meet requirements.

Our other client in the same general geographic area continues to look for "passionate and creative" Software Engineers with between 3 and 5 years' experience developing large-scale Web applications in environments using Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET (and Classic ASP), SQL Server, and JavaScript. You will be responsible for coding product specifications, code maintenance, unit testing, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with other team members and business analysts to solve difficult problems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with SQL and relational database design (SQL Server 2008 preferred), ASP.NET (as well as Classic ASP), C# (3.5/4.0), Web Forms, JavaScript, CSS, XML, and general OOP concepts.
• Experience with C++, Linux, AJAX, design patterns, LaTeX, web services, test-driven development and source control systems (AccuRev preferred) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, bug fixing and troubleshooting skills.
• Logical self starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a desire to work with others to successfully tackle technical and business problems.
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, business information systems, or mathematics.
