Brief Overview:

This client has reorganized its business to capitalize on this rapidly emerging opportunity. It has created a new business unit called the Consumer Enterprise SBU. This business unit consists of a number of key growth segments including the Direct Selling, Technology, Retail and Franchise industries. They are searching for an Executive Director, Client Services with extensive experience leading a client service organization that proactively interacts with customers, delivers superior ROI and demonstrable business impact. The person they are looking for is a fearless leader, is customer focused, has extensive consumer and retail experience, is willing to do what is necessary to deliver the highest results for the customers and is capable of creating a highly energized working environment for their client service team.

Initially the Executive Director, Client Services will manage a team of 8-10 client service representatives with a plan to scale rapidly to address expected growth. This person must be a strong developer of talent and have the ability to interact extensively and collaboratively with customers.

Responsibilities

The Executive Director, Client Services is responsible for the day to day satisfaction and management of our customers by effectively leveraging people and technology resources. An overview of a typical day will include:

· Active participation with customers on current deliverables, opportunities and risks;

· Manage/oversee/mentor a client service team in the performance of their daily responsibilities;

· Understanding consumer and retail marketplace trends and how they can capitalize on new opportunities;

In this role you will function as a technical support expert for the clinical applications group. Working in a global team, you will be providing technical support for several mission critical Web applications.
