Primary Function: The

                  performs a key role on a high performance team focused

                  WTH organization.  This individual with work with both
                  the technical team and the business users to develop

                  decision-making, as well as long term strategic
                  goals.  The individual will be directly involved in
                  building and maintaining elements of the Business
                  Intelligence environment and will be responsible for
                  timely delivery of report outputs from that

                  Cognos 8 product suite, as well as knowledge of
